The Xiaomi so called "China's Apple" Recently hit Indian Market has been banned from selling or importing cellphones to India after Swedish Telecom company Ericsson filed a case against the Xiaomi in Delhi high court.
The Indian high court has ordered Xiaomi and its marketing partner FLIPKART not to import any of the Xiaomi products to Indian market until Feb 5th since Ericsson filled a case against it for patent violation and if its proved then Xiaomi will have to pay a great price as Samsung.
For Xiaomi India is been a Huge opportunity for expanding their market and sales they had plans for expanding in India, Malaysia, Turkey, Thailand, Russia and many other country...
All we can do is wait for the courts hearing and expect for better...
